| Due to the modular construction system with industrially prefabricated parts and simple foundations, it is
possible to renew or to erect a pool system in a short construction time.
• Preparatory building work:
A typical building site situation:
a part of the walls has been brought into position and some walls are being set up. The anchorage of the walls which have already been erected has already been concreted in.

For new pool construction, the following stages are necessary:
- Inspection of the ground
- Inspection of the ground water level
- Excavation work
- Creation of the subconstruction (coarse gravel)
- Construction of the foundations

Pool renovation/redevelopment
The existing pool construction assumes the support function for the metal pool. If the existing pool shape is different
from that of the new pool, the foundations are supplemented accordingly. Further measures are:
- Examination of the load-bearing capacity of the concrete basin
- Inspection of the ground water level
- Creation of the subconstruction (coarse gravel)
- Carrying out the required demolition work
- Construction of additionally required foundations

• Erection work
- Erection, anchoring, supporting, levelling, concreting-in of the prefabricated side wall elements.
- Installation of the pool hydraulics and the water features as well as the required installations.
- Concreting-in of the pool walls and pool hydraulics as well as the water features.
- Filling-in of the pool floor with coarse and fine gravel. Construction of the finished level.
- Installation of the pool floor (placing the metal plates on the finished level und welding)..
- Completion of the pool (gratings, inscriptions, sport equipment, water features, etc.) and cleaning the complex.
• Completion work
- Watertightness test
- Backfilling, if necessary
- Creating the pool perimeter walkway
